We aim to ship all orders within 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Emerald Gardens is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather conditions.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our custom-made and live plant products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
